Dismantling and reassembling complete production lines is a demanding process in which safety standards must be maintained at every step. Securing equipment for transport is critical — it prevents damage in transit that would make correct reinstallation in the new facility impossible.

What do our machine assembly and disassembly services include?
The full scope: decommissioning and removal of existing assets, transport including loading and unloading, foundation and footing preparation, drilling and floor fixings, precision lifting and positioning, alignment and levelling, mechanical and electrical installations, pre-start testing and inspection, commissioning — and handover with complete documentation in the local language. Every relocation is different, so the scope is tailored to your needs.
How is the relocation plan prepared?
On the basis of a detailed site inspection — we survey the machines to be moved, assess access constraints and site-specific safety issues, and factor in your operational and business priorities so the move aligns with your critical requirements.
How do you guarantee safety during assembly and disassembly?
Through our Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS) procedure. Every project is analysed for safety hazards with specific mitigation measures defined. The RAMS document is the reference point for our operators and your team, ensuring all work follows the agreed plan and safety rules.
Do you also decommission entire production lines?
Yes. Our teams of experienced mechanical and electrical engineers safely disconnect services, make necessary modifications, dismantle machinery and equipment, and support unloading and reinstallation at the new location.
How does a local relocation differ from an international one?
Mainly in logistics and regulatory scope. International moves add customs formalities, documentation in the required languages and cross-border transport organisation — including shipping beyond Europe. Local moves are simpler, but in both cases we deliver safe, efficient machinery transport.
